500 g of top-side cut into fine strips
3 tablespoons of sesame oil
6 cups (American) of hot beef broth
1 serving plate of sliced carrots
1 serving plate of broccoli
4 tablespoons of soy sauce
1 teaspoon Ajinomoto
2 tablespoons of wheat flour
Salt to taste
500 g of top-side cut into fine strips

Heat the sesame oil and add the beef
Let it brown and add a cup of hot beef broth
Reduce heat and cook until the beef is tender
Add sliced carrots and 1/2 cup (American) of broth, and cook for five minutes
Add broccoli and another 1/2 cup of broth, and cook for five more minutes
Cook for two more minutes, then add soy sauce and Ajinomoto®
To finish, brown the flour with the remaining broth
Cook for two minutes, then serve in the beef pan
Season with salt to taste.
