1/2 cup warm milk
1 packet active dry yeast
3 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 egg, beaten
1/2 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 tablespoons butter
egg yolk for brushing
Filling
300g smoked turkey breast
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 chopped onion
1/4 cup finely chopped fresh parsley
8 green onions, thinly sliced
3 ripe tomatoes, peeled and pureed
200g mozzarella cheese slices

Mix warm milk with active dry yeast

Add salt and half a cup of flour

Knead for 15 minutes, then let rest for an hour or until doubled in volume
Filling

Grind the smoked turkey breast in a processor

In a pan, combine olive oil, turkey, onion, parsley, green onions, and tomatoes

Simmer for 10 minutes or until the sauce thickens

Let cool
Assembly

Divide the dough into two parts and roll them out

Line the baking dish with one part of the dough

Add the filling, then top with mozzarella cheese slices

Cover with the remaining dough

Brush with egg yolk and bake in a hot oven for 40 minutes or until golden brown.
