Prepare the basic bread recipe without herbs and when kneading, combine the fried pork cracklings and mozzarella
Follow the recipe to step 9
Brush the dough with the egg white and sprinkle with sesame seeds
Let it rise for another 15 minutes
Drizzle some olive oil
Make indentations in the dough using your fingers
Sprinkle with coarse salt and bake until the edges are crispy and golden brown, about 30 minutes.
