1 Thaw the pastry and make ten triangles measuring 4 x 8 centimeters while it's still cold
Akettle the oven to medium temperature
2 Wrap each sausage in a triangle of pastry
3 To close, dampen the pastry tip with water and press firmly
4 Use a spoon or brush to apply a little bit of egg over each roll
Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown
Serve accompanied by ketchup or mustard.
