1 tablespoon of mustard

Spread light butter over the slices of white bread
Heat a skillet or frying pan and lightly toast the bread
Set aside
In the same pan, quickly grill the slices of blanquette de Peru and, afterwards, the tomato slices
To prepare the sauce, mix the light mayonnaise with the mustard
Assemble the sandwich: place the slices of blanquette de Peru, tomatoes, and mustard sauce on one slice of bread
Close with the other slice
Serve hot.
