500g ground beef

1/4 cup crushed cornflakes or breadcrumbs
1 egg
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon sweet paprika
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1/2 cup water
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 cup raisins
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 tablespoon cornstarch dissolved in 2 tablespoons water

Combine the ground beef, onion, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, black pepper, and sweet paprika
Make 8 meatballs
Heat the butter or margarine in a pressure cooker until it's golden brown
Cook the meatballs for about 5 minutes
Add the water, lemon juice, raisins, lime juice, and cornstarch mixture to the pressure cooker
Stir well
Close the lid and set the valve
When the valve starts to move, cook for an additional 3-4 minutes
Immediately remove the pressure cooker from the heat, then open it and transfer the meatballs to a serving dish
Use the remaining sauce as gravy
Serve warm with additional raisin sauce if desired.
