Unthaw the puff pastry and cut it into 10 triangles, each 4 x 8 cm, while it's still slightly frozen

Preheat the oven to medium temperature

Wrap each sausage stick in a triangle of puff pastry

To seal, moisten the tip of the pastry with water and press firmly
Use a spoon or brush to apply a small amount of beaten egg to each roll, then bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
