4 slices of toasted bread with butter

Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat
Add the onion, peppers, garlic, salt, and pepper; stir well
Simmer for 10 minutes or until the pepper is tender
Add the peeled tomatoes; simmer for an additional 5 minutes
Add the raw shrimp, cover, and cook for another 10 minutes
Serve hot in individual ramekins over toasted bread
