Open the puff pastry according to the package instructions
Cut the sausages in half lengthwise
Place layers of sausage, onion, and herbs on the puff pastry, seasoned with salt, pepper, and herbs
Fold the sides of the puff pastry inward and roll into a rocambole shape
Place in a baking dish, brush with egg yolk, and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 40 minutes or until golden brown.
