500g of fresh pineapple
3 tablespoons of corn oil
2 tablespoons of ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon of ground cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon of Jamaican pepper
1/4 teaspoon of caraway seeds
2 tablespoons of dried thyme
500g of fresh pineapple
3 tablespoons of corn oil
2 tablespoons of ground cinnamon

Place the pineapples in a baking dish. Reserve
Mix together in a bowl the corn oil, salt, cinnamon, ground cayenne pepper, Jamaican pepper, and caraway seeds, except for the thyme, until a paste forms
Pour over the pineapples and mix well, preferably with hands
Add the thyme and mix again
Bake in a medium oven for about 30 minutes or until the pineapples are caramelized
