1/2 kg of white fish fillet (tilapia, flounder)
1 fine onion slice
Juice of 3 limes
Juice of 3 oranges
1 dash of cayenne pepper
1 minced garlic clove
1 finger-length hot pepper piece
2 tablespoons of finely chopped parsley
2 tablespoons of finely chopped coriander
Salt and black pepper to taste
1/2 kg of white fish fillet (tilapia, flounder)

Cut the fish fillets into strips and place in a large bowl
Spread the onion over the fish and reserve
Mix in all other ingredients and drizzle over the onion
Refrigerate covered with plastic wrap for six hours
Serve with green salad.
