1 kg of clean squab

Place the squab in a pressure cooker, cover with water, seal and bring to high heat until it comes to a boil (when the cooker starts to clear)
Reduce the heat and cook for 5 minutes
Turn off the heat, wait for all the pressure to release and then remove the lid
Drain, let cool and cut into pieces
In a bowl, mix the remaining ingredients
Add the squab, cover and refrigerate until serving time
