1 kg of carp
1 bunch of fresh parsley

4 sprigs of rosemary
2 tablespoons of butter or margarine
2 tablespoons of all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon of honey
1 cup of dry red wine
1/2 cup of raisins
1/3 cup of chopped almonds
1 kg of carp

Clean the carp and cook it with 3 cups of water, salt, black pepper, parsley, and rosemary
Place it in a baking dish and strain the fish stock through a sieve, combining the remaining ingredients
Cook everything and cover the fish with this sauce
Dust with 1/2 cup of honey, passed through a blender, and bake in the oven to warm up
Serve 4 portions.
