Cut each slice into two pieces
Place each piece between two plastic leaves and pound with the flat side of a meat mallet until almost transparent
Arrange on a large plate overlapping slightly and reserve
Prepare the sauce: mix all ingredients and spread over the meat
Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately
