4 ripe or green bananas

Minas cheese
A pinch of cinnamon and a touch of sugar
Peel the bananas and cut them in half lengthwise
Fry the bananas in butter until they're lightly caramelized
Place the banana halves in a baking dish
Cover with slices of Minas cheese and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar
Bake in a preheated oven until the cheese is melted
Serve with a glass of Porto wine
