5 egg whites beaten to stiff peaks

In a mixer, beat the sugar and butter until light and fluffy
Melt each type of chocolate in a double boiler
Once melted, add half of the whipped cream mixture to each type of chocolate
Add the orange liqueur to the white chocolate
Gently fold one-third of the egg whites into each type of chocolate mousse
Assemble layers of the mousse in individual serving dishes
Refrigerate for at least four hours before serving
Just before serving, garnish with shaved white and dark chocolate.
