Soak the gelatin in water
Heat the milk; combine with the gelatin and honey
Place in the freezer compartment
When the liquid starts to freeze, place it in a bowl and add the mashed guava and ginger
Mix well
Return to the freezer and chill until firm
Serve 6-8 portions.
