1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder

Make a custard with the egg yolks and whole milk, then add the heavy cream and cornstarch
Set aside one-third of the mixture and mix in the unsweetened cocoa powder
Heat the two mixtures separately over low heat, stirring constantly
Pour into cups: first the simple cream and then the chocolate.
