In a pan, combine the milk, condensed milk, lightly beaten egg, and cornstarch
Bring to low heat, stirring until thickened
Remove from heat and add heavy cream
Divide the cream into two parts; in one part, add white chocolate chips and mix
In the other part, add milk chocolate chips and reserve

Cook the strawberries with sugar over low heat, stirring until a puree forms
Assembly
Assemble layers of cake on individual plates, alternating with the two types of cream and strawberry puree
Chill before serving.
