Shape the dough into a basket shape by folding four cuts along the edge of each ring, without cutting to the center
Place one ring on top of another, alternating the cut edges
Heat the oil, fry the cinnamon roll pairs, supporting the center with the handle of a spoon to prevent them from separating
When golden brown, place them on paper towels
Repeat until all the dough is used up
In another pan, heat the sugar and water over low heat, stirring constantly, until the caramel dissolves
Add the banana slices and cook for 2 minutes
Place a scoop of ice cream in each basket and top with warm or cooled banana slices.
