Butter or margarine for greasing
1 Melt the sugar in a saucepan to form a clear caramel
2 Butter a round mold with aluminum foil and grease it with butter or margarine, flipping it over
3 Dip a fork into the caramel (or use the accessory indicated beside) and, with circular motions, cover the mold
4 Move the fork to form threads with the caramel
5 Let it cool and let the edges set
Unmold when cold and serve with fruits or ice cream.
