1 1/3 cups of shredded coconut
butter or margarine for greasing

Place the chocolate in a double boiler and heat until melted
Remove from heat and add coconut
Mix well
Grease mini muffin tin with butter or margarine and fill each cup with a portion of the chocolate mixture, covering it to the edge
Chill in freezer until ready to serve
Carefully unmold and place a scoop of your preferred ice cream inside each cup
Serve 7 times.
