Half and a half cup of water
Three tablespoons of Ceylon tea
Two tablespoons of sugar
One tablespoon of rum
Four lime wedges
Half and a half cup of water
Three tablespoons of Ceylon tea

Bring the water to a boil, add the tea and seal for the time indicated on the packaging
Cool, then add the sugar and rum
To serve, rub lime around the rim of the cup, flip it over, and pass through the sugar
Serve the chai and add a lime wedge to each cup.
