Prepare the eggshell according to gelatin recipe
For the orange eggs:
Mix all ingredients and heat gently, stirring constantly until thickened
Remove from heat and place in a pastry bag with a smooth tip (wrap the pastry bag with a cloth, as the mixture will be hot) and fill the eggs
Refrigerate for at least 1 day
Yield: 5 eggs.
