Boil 1 liter of water - the pot cannot be made of aluminum to avoid oxidation
Take a handful ( equivalent to a full hand) of this herb mixture and boil for approximately five minutes
Let the infusion rest for 15 minutes
To mellow out the strong flavor of the herbs, try adding some leaves of horsetail or slices of ginger
Then, strain everything and drink the tea hot or warm
If you want to sweeten it, don't use sugar.
