Melt the chocolate with the water over low heat, stirring well until the mixture is smooth
Add the sugar and let it simmer for 4 minutes, stirring constantly
Gradually add the milk and warm it up
For the whipped cream, separate the egg whites from the yolks
Beat the egg whites until they form stiff peaks
Add the sugar little by little and continue beating
Add one egg yolk at a time and beat well to make it light and fluffy
Place in a bowl and serve with scoops over the warm chocolate in the cup
Let it sit for 6 hours.
