Boil the water
When boiling, turn off the heat and add the tea bags
Let it sit for 3 minutes, then remove the tea bags
Sweeten with 2 tablespoons of sugar. Reserve
Beat the egg whites until fluffy, add the remaining sugar and beat for another minute
Add the yolk and beat for another minute
Pour the egg mixture into cups and in each one, add a tablespoon of whiskey
Top with the beaten egg and cinnamon.
