4 cups of natural yogurt
A half liter (2 x 8-ounce cups) of water
24 fresh cilantro leaves, chopped
A pinch of salt

Wash the cilantro leaves with cold water and chop them into small pieces with a pair of scissors
Place the yogurt, water, chopped cilantro, and a pinch of salt in a blender
Blend well
Pour the mixture into a jar and refrigerate for several hours
When serving, stir well
Pour into tall glasses, garnished with fresh cilantro leaves
Serves 6.
