1 cup of brandy

Prepare the chè by adding 4 sprigs of hortelã
Cool, sweeten to taste and refrigerate
Fill glasses with ice and rim with fresh hortelã
Add the brandy to the chè and pour into glasses
Garnish each glass with a sprig of hortelã
Serve chilled.
