Peel a small or medium-sized pineapple, and use only half of it if it's larger
Cut the pineapple into chunks and place them in a pan with pure honey
Cook over low heat until the pineapple is cooked and has formed a thick syrup
Let it cool and then store it in a clean and sterilized glass jar
Take, then, three to four times a day: adults, one spoonful; older children, one dessert spoonful; young children, one tea spoonful.
