500 g of strawberries
5 cups of cold milk
1/2 cup of cold heavy cream
1 cup of granulated sugar
2 tablespoons (or 1 teaspoon) of lemon juice

Wash and hull the strawberries
Mash them and pass the resulting puree through a sieve, obtaining almost 2 cups
Pour into a jar, mix with milk and heavy cream
Add granulated sugar, lemon juice, stir and refrigerate before serving.
