3 rolls of beef skirt
2 lemons
1 clove of garlic
1 bunch of cilantro
1 small onion
1 head of cabbage, 1 bell pepper, 1 sprig of rosemary, salt and black pepper to taste, 1 carrot, 2 potatoes, 3 sweet potatoes, 1/4 cup of chopped parsley, a few pieces of abobora squash, cornmeal

Rub the beef skirt rolls with salt and lemon
Let them sit for 5 minutes
Bring to a boil with the seasonings
When well cooked, add the vegetables
Let it cook for a bit longer until they're ready
Before serving, set aside some of the broth and make a roux by adding small amounts of cornmeal
Serve with rice.
