Milk Cake Crust
1 package of biscuit dough
200g unsalted butter
2 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder
Filling
1 envelope of unflavored gelatin
1/4 cup water
1 can of sweetened condensed milk
1 can of heavy cream
200g cream cheese
Covering

1 envelope of unflavored gelatin
1/4 cup water
1 can of sweetened condensed milk
1 can of heavy cream
200g cream cheese
Covering
Red Fruit Gelato
In a food processor, grind the biscuit dough
Add in the butter and cocoa powder
Mix until well combined to form a uniform crust
Line the bottom of a 24cm diameter removable pan with the crust
Bake at 180°C for 10 minutes
Let cool and set aside
Dissolve the gelatin in water over low heat, without boiling
In a blender, blend together the dissolved gelatin, sweetened condensed milk, heavy cream, and cream cheese
Distribute the mixture over the reserved crust and refrigerate for 2 hours
Cover with Red Fruit Gelato
