How to melt the chocolate and divide it into three equal parts
Melt two-thirds in a double boiler
Remove from heat and add the remaining chocolate
Wait for it to cool
Pour about half more into a small rectangular mold
Chill in the refrigerator for 10 minutes and reserve
Combine the remaining chocolate with the Brigadeiro and mix well
Pour over the chocolate in the mold and chill until set
Cut into squares and serve.
