Cut the chuchu into horizontal slices
Remove the core and cook in boiling water with salt for five minutes
Drain and reserve
Heat the olive oil and sauté the onion and garlic until softened
Add the cooked meat and stir to combine
Add tomato sauce, season with salt and parsley, and simmer for five minutes
Fill the chuchu cavity with the meat mixture and sprinkle with grated cheese
Arrange them in a greased baking dish and bake until golden brown.
