2 and 1/2 cups of pickled cabbage, drained and chopped
1/2 cup of finely chopped salted capers
1/2 cup of finely chopped green pepper
1/2 cup of finely chopped onion
1/2 cup of grated carrot
1/2 cup of olive oil or vegetable oil
1/3 cup of red wine vinegar
2 and 1/2 cups of pickled cabbage, drained and chopped
1/2 cup of finely chopped salted capers
1/2 cup of finely chopped green pepper
1/2 cup of finely chopped onion
1/2 cup of grated carrot
1/2 cup of olive oil or vegetable oil
1/3 cup of red wine vinegar
Combine the pickled cabbage with the vegetables and set aside
In a bowl, combine the apple cider vinegar, olive oil, and salt
Mix well with a fork or electric mixer
Place this dressing over the vegetables and mix well
Cover and refrigerate until serving time
Drain well and serve in a bowl
