Place the meat on the grill without salting it yet
About eight minutes later, flip the steak and then sprinkle coarse salt only on top
This way the salt won't come into direct contact with the heat and won't burn
Peel the sweet potato and cut it into about 8 slices, longitudinal direction
Make a first fry in warm oil: let them sink in the pan and remove when they start to float
Drain and reserve until they're warm
When the oil is hot, make a second fry so they puff up.
