1 1/2 kilograms contrafilé cut into steaks

Mix all ingredients, except the meat
Place the meat in the marinade and refrigerate for 3 hours, turning it several times
Cook the meat over hot charcoal, to desired doneness, flipping once
As the meat cooks, baste with the sauce
Serve 4-6 portions.
