For the sauce: mix yogurt with thyme and season to taste with salt
Cover and refrigerate until serving time
For the meatballs: combine all ingredients except for olive oil in a bowl and knead well
Form 25 meatballs
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet
Add the meatballs and fry for 4 minutes over medium heat, turning occasionally
Drain on paper towels
Serve with sauce and decorative toothpicks
