VARIATIONS OF FRENCH DRESSING
Capers - Add chopped capers, crushed garlic, or shallot salt and a few drops of hot pepper sauce
Málaga Pepper - Add Malaga pepper and a pinch of paprika
Curry and Onions - Add curry powder and finely chopped onions or grated
Eggs and Olives - Add diced or beaten eggs and chopped green olives
