Vanilla Cream
1 can of sweetened condensed milk
2 large eggs
1 cup of fresh grated coconut
1 tablespoon of vanilla extract

1 can of heavy cream
1 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon of butter
Whipped Cream
3 large egg whites
1 pinch of salt
6 tablespoons of sugar

Mix the ingredients and cook over low heat until a smooth fudge forms
Transfer to a refrigerator and reserve
Chocolate Cream
In a saucepan, mix all the ingredients and cook over low heat, stirring constantly without letting it boil
Pour over the fudge and reserve
Whipped Cream
Beat the egg whites in snow with salt, add sugar gradually and beat until stiff peaks form
Cover the chocolate cream with whipped cream and bake in the oven for 10 minutes, approximately
Serve at room temperature.
