1 large coconut
500g of sugar
1 cup (of coffee) water
1 lime

Bring the sugar to a boil with the water and make a thick syrup, but not too thick
Add in the grated coconut with some lime juice and stir until it separates from the sides of the pan and is ready to be cut
Spread on a marble or other wet surface, cut into squares or rectangles
