3 cups of wheat flour

1 1/3 cups of unsalted butter or margarine at room temperature
2 cups of milk
1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
4 large eggs, at room temperature
Topping:
1 can of condensed milk with cocoa powder
grated chocolate

Topping:
1 can of condensed milk with cocoa powder

Sift together flour, sugar, and cocoa powder with baking powder and baking soda into a large bowl
Add the unsalted butter or margarine at room temperature
Add 1 1/3 cups of milk and beat for 2 minutes with an electric mixer, until smooth
Scrape down the sides and bottom of the bowl
Add the eggs and beat well with a spoon
Add the remaining milk and beat again
Bake in a moderate oven (180°C) for 2 hours in two 25 cm diameter pans greased and floured
For the topping: bring the condensed milk with cocoa powder to a simmer, stirring constantly, until it reaches the consistency of spreading
Sprinkle with grated chocolate.
