1/2 cup of vinegar
1 tablespoon of mustard
1 tablespoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of pepper glaze
2 large onions, cut into pieces
2 medium red peppers, cut into pieces
1 venison, cut into pieces (1.5 kg)
1 small apple, peeled and sliced

Wash and dry the apple, then remove the stems and core
Discard the thicker stalks
In a blender, puree all the ingredients except for the venison and apple to obtain a homogeneous mixture
Transfer it to a saucepan
Add the venison pieces and bring to a boil at high heat
Reduce the heat and cook for 45 minutes or until the venison is tender
Distribute among six plates, placing an apple slice on each plate, then garnish with red pepper strips and serve immediately.
