Clean the shrimp and season with salt, pepper, and lemon as desired
Let it sit for 1 to 2 hours
Wipe them dry with a paper towel
Fry the shrimp quickly in butter in batches, so they don't stick together
Transfer them to a refractory dish
In a separate bowl, mix the Parmesan cheese with heavy cream and pour it over the shrimp
Bake it in a hot oven for 10 minutes
Serve immediately.
