1 cup of pineapple jelly
1/4 cup of mustard
1/4 cup of prepared ginger (comes in jars)
Vegetable oil for frying
6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 eggs beaten lightly
1 cup of water
1 1/2 teaspoons of salt
3 tablespoons of sesame seeds
1 cup of all-purpose flour
1 cup of pineapple jelly

In a saucepan, mix the jelly, mustard, and ginger
Heat over low heat until everything is well combined
Keep warm
Make sure the oil is hot enough for frying
Cut the chicken into squares about 3 cm
Mix the eggs, water, salt, sesame seeds, and flour, adding it gradually while stirring constantly
Coat the chicken pieces with this mixture and let excess liquid drain off
Fry for 3 to 5 minutes or until golden brown
Drain on paper towels
To serve each one, dip a piece of chicken in the glaze
