Directions

Mix the flour with the cheese and parsley

Beat the eggs until they are very light

Add to the previous mixture, stirring carefully

Place in a greased and floured baking dish

Bake in a preheated oven at 20°C for 10-15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean

Let it cool and flip onto a cloth

Spread the ham over the dough
