Heat the olive oil and sauté the onion
Add the linguiça crumbled in a pan and cook until tender
Season with salt and reserve
In a bowl, whisk together eggs, water, and salt
Beat until smooth and pour into an anti-adhesive skillet greased
Let it golden on one side and flip to golden on the other
Spread the cooked spinach in the center of the omelet and cover with linguiça
Remove from the skillet and fold the omelet in half.
