500 g of fresh small mushrooms

Parsley for garnish

Wash the mushrooms in lemon juice water
Drain
Pour white wine over them and let sit for 2 hours
Drain
Peel the onion and cut into 4 pieces
Peel the garlic clove and slice thinly
Mix with remaining ingredients
Add to the mushrooms
Sprinkle with chopped parsley
Close the container tightly and let sit for 2 days
Serves 4-6 people.
