In a bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix well
Cover with plastic wrap and let it rest for about 1 hour
In a large pot, bring 3 liters of water to a boil, cover, and cook at high heat
Add 1 spoon of salt and let it boil again
Add the pasta in batches, stir, and cook until al dente, without covering
Drain immediately
Remove the orange peel from the mold and discard
Add the sauce to the pasta, mix well, and serve immediately
